DECORATIONS AND/OR DISPLAYS
· No nails, tacks, pins, tape, or anything that will
mark the woodwork is allowed
· Only wrapped wire, plastic clips, ribbons, etc.
are allowed to fasten to pews
· Due to fire safety, only battery-operated candles will be permitted
NO EXCEPTIONS
· Water fountains may be placed only in the Church foyer/vestibule lobby, Fellowship Hall area
OPENING & CLOSING TIMES
It is extremely important that a firm time schedule is part of your planning. The specific times that the Church facility will be opened beforehand, and the time for vacating the premises (including events) will be strictly enforced. Make sure you indicate the time it will take for you to set up beyond Trinity East’s responsibilities. Allow time to pack up your items, i.e. decorations, tablecloths, handouts, etc. If the contractual time agreed upon is exceeded, additional charges, at the rate of $50.00 per hour, will be assessed. No grace period will be allowed.
CHURCH EQUIPMENT USE
Please make sure that you indicate on the Event Request Form Trinity East equipment needed for the scheduled event, i.e. sound, screen, projector, etc. If Church equipment is needed, only an authorized Trinity East technician will be allowed to operate the equipment and will have to be scheduled when down payment is made
*Please note:
Any Additional microphones and/or sound equipment that is needed must be coordinated with the Trinity East Sound Technician to ensure that the additional equipment is compatible with the existing Church’s system.
Any additional equipment needed will be the sole responsibility of Lessee to purchase or rent.
Additional equipment must be secured no later than 10 business days prior to the event.
*Trinity East United Methodist Church Does Not Provide:
Paper, writing utensils, copying flyers, advertisement on the marquee, monetary change, i.e. for tickets sales, etc., masks, water, or drinks.
*PLEASE NOTE: Trinity East United Methodist Church is a non-smoking facility. Alcohol consumption is prohibited.
